Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING IS INCLUDED, PLEASE NOTE: Should you wish to return your order, the cost of the shipping your item/s to you will be calculated and will be deducted from your refund total. Just to clarify, shipping costs are included in the item price so if you choose to return your order we will need to deduct the shipping that was included.

DEFECT/DAMAGE: If an item is defective we will first attempt to replace the defective or damaged part. If your item should get damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately (same day if possible 888-886-6245). Please do not use the merchandise and the original carton and packaging must be kept for inspection by the shipping company.

SHIPPING TIME: We generally ship within 24 business hours. General delivery time is within 10 business days. Most items ship via FED EX or UPS. We do utilize freight forwarders for larger items. Typically Freight companies contact you to set up a delivery time convenient for you. NOTE: OVERSIZED FREIGHT DELIVERY IS CURB SIDE ONLY. Drivers can charge a fee if you require them to bring the item onto your property.

• Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable; customer pays return freight on non-defective items.
• Return within 30 days of purchase date in Original Condition & Packaging with the EXCEPTION OF All Gas Powered Vehicles)
• Arizona State deliveries will be charged sales tax.
• We are unable to ship to a PO Box or an APO address.
• International: With the exception of our Luxury Cars, we cannot ship international at this time. We CAN however ship to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Urgent note gas powered items: Due to shipping regulations, these items are NOT returnable once gas is put in them. If it should be defective, it will be replaced either by an entire new unit or a replacement of the defective part.

Safety: Adult supervision is required with all toys. When purchasing a helmet for your child, please be sure that it is DOT approved. Age specifications are general. Age ranges truly depend on individual child's capability.

Tracking information is sent via e-mail within approximately 3-5 business days for non-freight orders and 4-8 business days for freight orders. We appreciate your patience.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is included on ALL items for Delivery within the Contiguous 48 States.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax will only apply to orders Shipped to Arizona.

What if I need to return my order?
You may return an item in its ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING (UN-USED, please) for a credit less the calculated shipping to you within 30 days of the purchase date. You must call 1-888-886-6245, for an RA# and instructions. Shipping & Handling charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error or the item is defective and a replacement part does not resolve the issue. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return is received, it will take 2-4 weeks to process. We suggest using FEDE X, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. Shipping charges are non-refundable (Even if shipping was “free” to you please note… it is no longer “free” if you choose to return your order. It is only “free” if you keep your order.) & customer pays return freight.
